DAY 01:  ARRIVE BEIJING
Upon arrival into Beijing Capital International Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Remainder of the day will be free at leisure.

DAY 02: BEIJING                                                
After breakfast at hotel, pick up at around 08:30am to the city's centre to see the Tiananmen Square which is the focal point during the Chinese public holidays. As parking is more a headache nowadays, you then need to walk to the Forbidden City. Hardly any visitors have seen the Forbidden City thoroughly as 2 hours there only allows one to cast a glance on it.  In the afternoon see the Summer Palace where it is more pleasant to visit in summer. It is nice to walk along the Long Corridor then.

DAY 03:  BEIJING                                                
Today you spend most of your time on traffic when you have an excursion to see the Ming Tombs and Great Wall which lies further up to the north. The Sacred Way is consisted of statues of pairs of animals, military and civil officials. The Changling Tomb tells you how the Chinese select site for their after life. Take a lift-chair up on the Mutianyu Great Wall and enjoy once-in-a-lifetime stroll on it.

DAY 04:  BEIJING                                               
This morning will be quite relaxing when you take the Hutong tour. Local inhabitants have been living there for generations and have many to tell you. On top of the Bell Tower you may find a part of Beijing which is up to your knowledge. Continue on to the Lama Temple which is not far and often smoky due to many believers' incense. Afterwards see the Temple of Heaven which is favored by many locals who take part in all kinds of activities there such as morning exercise, playing cards, flying kites, etc. Your farewell dinner will be the Beijing Duck Dinner.

DAY 05:  BEIJING - XIAN                                 
Take a 1.4 hours' morning flight to Xian where its airport is a bit far from the city. Visit the Shaanxi Historical Museum in the afternoon to find out some vivid displays of the ancient Silk Road. Your following stop will be the Big Wild Goose Pagoda which was originally constructed in the 7th century.

DAY 06:  XIAN                                                  
Travel by road for around one hour to the east suburb to see the Terra Cotta Warriors' site. It is hard to believe it was once buried underground for over 2,000 years and found by accident thanks to local farmers' thirsty for well water. Visit China's best preserved and most intact city wall in the afternoon. The Great Mosque at the Muslim quarter is as attractive as the many shopping stands around. Enjoy the Tang Dynasty Dinner Show in the evening.

DAY 07:  XIAN - KUNMING                                            
If most of what you see in Xian is yellow, a morning flight will lead you to Kunming which is full of green all year round. Your afternoon tours include visit to the West Hill which is also nicknamed as "Sleeping Beauty" hill and the Golden Palace where everything is actually carved out of bronze.

DAY 08: KUNMING                                           
Today you will spend full day on an excursion to the Stone Forest which is very famous among the Chinese due to a movie and stories relating to it. Ask your local guide to show you around the outer ring as its inner one is usually crowded. On the way back to the city, visit an ethnic people's village and get a glimpse of their special customs, clothing, decoration, etc.

DAY 09: KUNMING - GUILIN                       
Before leaving Kunming, you will find the city not only has natural scenery, but also a rich history and culture by visiting the Provincial Museum. Its bronze ware is amazing. A further visit to a local flower and bird market is very interesting. Then transfer to airport for afternoon flight which takes about 70 minutes to Guilin where upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

DAY 10:  GUILIN                                             
The city is small so sightseeing spots are close to each other. Full day city tours will cover two features of the city at the Reed Flute Cave, Elephant Trunk Hill, Fubo Hill and Seven Star Park.

DAY 11: GUILIN                                               
The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is supposed to be dominated by Ethnic Zhuang. Actually it has many other ethnic groups. Today you will have an excursion to Longsheng where there are a few minority tribes. The 2 hour long drive along the hilly roads might be bumpy but truly rewarding. The Dragon Bone Terraced Fields offer marvelous snapshots and memory. So does the local tradition and practice of hair combing.

DAY 12: GUILIN - SHANGHAI                       
Pick up at hotel at around 9am and after one hour's drive you come to a pier where you will get on board a ship for the Li River cruise. The cruise itself is around 5 hours covering the most scenic part of the river. A visit at the end of the cruise to an old town named Yangshuo is interesting too. Transfer to airport afterwards for late afternoon flight to Shanghai where upon arrival meet and transfer to hotel.

DAY 13: SHANGHAI                                         
Your Full Day Tours today allow you to see traditional highlights of the city such as the Shanghai Museum - the best one in China, the Yu Garden which is a fine example of private gardens in regions south of the Yangtze River. Shopping at the Nanjing Street is rewarding. Take the one hour Huangpu River cruise to enjoy the best part of the night scene.

DAY 14: SHANGHAI      
In the morning take part in the "Being a Shanghainese for Half-Day" program including visit to a local residential area where you will see aged people's house, clinic, people's home, etc. Visit the Jade Buddha Temple which was named after its two pieces of jade statues brought back from Burma in the afternoon. In the evening take part in the famous Acrobatic Show.

DAY 15:  DEPART SHANGHAI - ONWARD FLIGHT BACK HOME                                        
You will be transferred to the Pudong Airport for your onward flight.
